Our luxury Cannes apartment is in an enviable position right in the centre of Cannes known as the 'Banane', this sunny, bright apartment is located minutes (150 metres) away from the croisette and the beaches on Rue Pasteur between the Carlton Hotel and Martinez.

The apartment is large (72sqm) and airy in a purpose built block with a lift on the corner of Rue Pasteur.

The flat is on the second floor and has been completely renovated in July 2007 to a very high standard and is extremely comfortable throughout.

Situated moments from the congress centre and the 'Palais de Festival' where many exhibitions are held. The main train station is 5 minutes away and goes direct to Monte Carlo via Nice.
